THE FIRM

The current firm of Reynolds, Johnston, Hinton & Pepper, LLP began in 1976 when C. Michael Reynolds and R. Harvy Johnston, III became partners. The partnership has expanded to include Larry F. Hinton and H. Harris Pepper, Jr. with Lindsay H. Hinton as an associate in the firm.

Reynolds, Johnston, Hinton & Pepper, LLP concentrates on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including closings, escrow services and §1031 tax-free exchanges. Additionally, the firm provides services to lending institutions, encompassing all aspects of commercial collection bankruptcy and creditor rights. The practice also focuses on the areas of estate planning, probate and business law.
